Not if the one who's doing the job is a trusted member, that's why we have the trust system.
Even if its a trusted member, i don't think OP should give full access to his server.
Installing core and setting up the daemon can be accomplished without giving direct access to anyone. The risks would be too high.
Verify, don't trust.
It could be a pain for a newbie to set it up if its really urgent.
I can't think of a single case where it would be urgent for a newbie to install bitcoind on a hosted server without having the time to read and follow a guide for 15-20 minutes.
