I think you are too early to predict the market. What about your comparison ?. I have prediction the market will recover not more than in the last of this year. In daily chart of BTC and other popular crypto just need a few month to going up multiple times, like ETH from $400 going up to $1200 just in a month. 2 years is a pretty long time so i'm really unsure about that. 
ETH is mainly manipulated by its whales who are holding large quantity of ETH with them, but BTC as soon as goes 20% above immediately shortterm traders start to sell and bring back the price to previous price. So i also believe that in 2018 the price wont move much and in 2019 3rd quarter we can see some improvement not more then that.
