As more contractors partner with Bobs Repair and more job calls are sent to them, the company will need more BOB tokens to send to its contractors causing the company to purchase more BOB Tokens from the community for this reward system.

For example, the last completed water heater installation generated $450 in profit for the contractor, with Bobs Repair earning 15% of this fee, which is $67.50. One third of this 15% transaction fee, $22.5, is used to buy back BOB Tokens from the community at 14 cents per token which are then awarded to the contractor.
