Few technical things were not accurate (total supply, and our super blocks), but he was fair. I don't think we can expect more, given the amount of time we've been going.
He def sounds honest, and he does a nice job (I used to do live streams) of his stream IMHO.

I clicked on the video link and was put off by the over one hour of footage with no menu/content skipping! Safecash is mentioned towards the end.

He does seem to be onto a good thing though with being able to summarise new coins being released. It is a pain to look through bitcointalk for legitimately new projects like safecash.
