After almost a month of account being frozen, of which I am not responsible for having dynamic (random/changing) IP address (which other ISP users might have used to created rule breaking activities in FH).
All funds are gone.
May I request a log of my account balances before July 24, 2018?I am pretty much sure I have more than $150 but not more than $180 in there.
(this might be foolish and selfish but...)
May I know if it is possible to deny future registration (in any case might also be caught and suspected to be a duplicate/dummy account) from the IP range that have the same issue my account (currently on my issue, the notice says that there are 37 accounts on the IP range I have) is, so NO account will be frozen both new and old?
