one of those reforms will be create a Crypto Central Bank.
- Next week, Venezuela will have two official accounting units.
the first will be the Sovereign Bolivar (the new currency) and the second the Petro.
- Next week, the Central Bank of Venezuela will begin to publish daily the official change rate of the Sovereign Bolivar with the Petro.
the Sovereign Bolivar will be attached to the Petro and the Petro will be attached to a barrel of oil.
