I'm a little bit late but I think that the fac that RED signed a gas contract with ENGIE is a pretty big deal for them, maybe this dosen't affect the token so much but it is a pretty big deal for the company and if the company goes well the token will do aswell.
I think the same, in the end, RestartEnergy is a energy distributor and these kind of contracts help them to grow as a company and the biger they get the more and more people will find out about them and maybe more people will invest in the token, and they will have all the reasons to do that because if you are a RED client and you pay your bill with MWAT you will get a discount so every kind of news regarding this project are important, even if they don't affect the token and the market directly.
