Sorry for the situation mate. But it's not easy to recommend a good bounty now since the market is really depressed and many projects are infact postponing their ICO period in order to meet with their target funds. There are doubtless good projects but the market depression could affect them, causing them to fail to raise even the softcap.
What I do is that I look for good projects that have almost reached (or reached) their softcap. This way, I have a little immunity against failed ICOs
