Looks like the time to buy has come. Market cap is too low still, and BTC domination is very high. I think alts will rise soon for some time (they were dunped too long without any stops). So alts market need correction and probably it just began
Though some people thinks this is the worst time happen in crypto but investors will took advantage and consider this as a great time for investing more. All are in huge decline as market cap from known coins in the market is falling hard.
