Did you try to import the transactions? It needs some time until it is syncronized.

Look at the menu Account -> import transactions.

ArQmA has not control over your wallet. If the amount has been transfered to your wallet. It should be there.

Did you try the GUI-Wallet or CLI-Wallet?
