I fully agree with your statement, crypto currency as a whole is manipulated by big players out there making the who space risky. Even in ICOs today, VCs are getting a huge bonuses and dump it all on Exchanges whilst the ICO participants who got  no bonus will get wrecked and will be forced to hold their tokens
