HI.

1. This is the bitcoin section, no GPU discussion as it does not relate to bitcoin.

2. The 1050 is a piece of junk for mining, you shouldnt even be entertaining the thought of buying one. At minimum you want a 1060.

I'm sorry. I guess admin move this topic to the related category.
But I hear two 1050 makes hashrate (if mining ETC) almost as one 1070 and bigger then one 1060.
May be it's not bad idea to buy farm with only 1050 aboard...

It's better to get the 1050ti as you get better hash-rate to power-consumption efficiency while at the same time keeping hardware density (too many 1050s is expensive because you need many mining motherboards to get a decenet hashrate).

That being said, i would think twice about buying a GPU or mining hardware now. It doesn't look good for multiple reasons which you better research for yourself.

I understand. And yet the question remained unanswered. How much hashrate depends on the frequency of the graphics processor? 1480 or 1392?

Welcome to bitcointalk, where there is no shortage of useless answers!  If you can afford it, get the Asus.  The clock speeds won't affect the hashrate very much, but the extra fan will provide better cooling.  That said,  you could always overclock the the Palit to 1480.  The 1050ti is definitely the best bang for your buck card, but only if you can get it at a good price.  Some of these 1050tis retail for close to $200 and at that point you are better off with a 1060.
