Because market is weak and team prefer to fix their money into stable fiat rather then holding risky crypto

Team just needs 80 mil usd, no more, no less. They have decided to make ico thus way

80 Millions are too much amount which we cannot able predict how much they are going to develop the actual projects. There are many other companies raised too much amount but till now they don't have an actual product developed by them.
