Yep, rebooted twice... same thing. Opened a support ticket. First time dealing with support. Hopefully it doesnt take too long. I cant bear to lose out on my $3 day. Haha. 
i sent back to hong kong, once bitmain confirmed received the miner, they send out replacement within 1 week
