I sent a dead T9+ back to Bitmain (USA CA address) and got the notification that they received it.
Does anyone have any experience with the turnaround time for repair / contact back from them?

i sent T9+ back to hong kong, courier service delivered the faulty miner on 6th Aug 2018, bitmain updated the ticket to "Collected" on 7th Aug 2018 and sent out replacement on 11 Aug 2018, i will say their support team at HK/ Shenzheng are very efficient
