Why do signature campaigns after the merit system was introduced hardly ( actually totally ? ) Ignore jr. members ?
I know before the merit system there were plenty of campaigns that recruited jr . members , so why not now ?


There are still some jr members capable of posting good constructive posts but are not getting any merits , so please consider this fact and recruit juniors as well .
