its an ICO, how can it be an interesting concept 
it is based on EOS, so it is going to be fast IF it launches allright and is a relative success
so far it is just another ICO, that doesn't look too scamy, but not too promising either
at least I would not bother to get EOS to buy the tokens ,but if you have some spare you can try it out and tell us later
