Some say so that it is a kind of business but in my opinion it is not a kind of business. It is a store of value .It is just exchanging your local money into dollar or bitcoin that when the time comes of increasing its value , that is the time you can exchange them into your local currencies. The same cycle , exchanging again by your local currencies when the value of bitcoin or dollar Is at very low price.
