This is one thing I love about crypto it teaches you that patience and remaining calm are virtues in this space and when you can apply that to your life in general you will always be in a better position no matter the situation. So yes be calm remain patient and you will always have things work out in your favor when you start panicking is when you make mistakes and make things worse for yourself. Make decisions from a calm/peaceful state of mind and you will always make the right decision at least that is my philosophy.
