icey, I wasn't aware of this proposal. I'd have voted yes to fund him, for what its worth. In any case they haven't voted against Tao being moderator no matter how you try to spin it. They have (narrowly) unfortunately not voted to pay Tao his proposal, which is fair enough but not at all like the FUD you are spreading.
It is a clear rejection of Tao.
If the masternodes owners were allowed to add governance questions (which the extreme maladministrator of Dash denies) they would already thrown Tao to the fire.
A poor masternode owner paid 1000$ to ask the rest masternodes about Dash's maladministration.
Imagine the frustration of the masternodes, when someone is forced to pay such a huge amount of money, just to ask a question to be voted.
