You have two choices.

1. Restore your computer's Wallet to your phone. Just use the mnemonic seed of the wallet on your computer to restore it to your phone.

2. Transfer the UPXs from your computer to your phone: Send the UPXs from your computer's wallet to your phone's (new) wallet.
