Looks like another lot of nonsense, haven't we had enough ICO abuse already?

Regarding FJ and the 8Billion, I'm assuming they must be talking in Rupees.  For sure they have had that much WAGERED over the years, but it has taken a long long time to get to that level of trust etc...
