This is not correct. By reducing the speed at the design time, the whole chip (netlist) changes.
 
Normally, we expect 20-30% overclocking capability. Note that this is not supported or advertised officially because we cannot guarantee it.


This was the answer given bye blackarrow in a thread on their forum. Although I did not understand wtf a netlist is. So if they say no, I guess I have to live with it.
