What i don't get it is why so many bots win the lottery? I mean is not like they have 1 million tickets each.
It is the total tickets that matter, not how many each bot has. It was a network of 30,000 bots with ~25,000 tickets each, giving 750,000,000 or about 65% of the tickets. That made winning 6 out of 10 the expected statistical result.
You'll notice that the total number of tickets is much lower this week as we have found a way to stop them.
