Well it is not obvious as I saw accepted posts at the first airdrop where posts were outside of announcement thread. Now those posts are not accepted. I guess somebody else is doing the post accepting who interpret the bounty rules differently.

"Stay active on BCT in different threads (except off-topic). Make quality posts (no short comments).
Bounty report posts don't count as being active!"

But I think this should mean whole BCT forum.
