Two TXID's here were sent from exchange I guess.

Now I checked TXID first - c1be4039a5bdf722b3782fdd115e23e14bbd954a78ca87dd91732520d53aa056 and 0.027 BTC was sent to @OP to address 114uiWmL5amDjpsCGfwUMRsgTrzezjEY3P (There were no other addresses to which 0.027 BTC was sent)

Now I checked this TXID as well - 7c9e2df20abe5447a2efa9b851ba0cf281bf39bbef6c8d5422d677315ab8a0eb and surprisingly 114uiWmL5amDjpsCGfwUMRsgTrzezjEY3P was there in address list and only 0.00708616 BTC was sent instead of 0.07 BTC as you claimed here.

Well you know crypto is banned in India but you planned an ~~exchange~~ oh my apologies Scam-exchange so I guess there is one door to knock at (if there is valid scam accusations being made).....
