New software will not fix your terrible customer support. That is all on you.
And this is the core of swcs problems. It is sad to think about what position swc could have had today if they had seized the opportunity they had a few years ago.
Have you tried blockchain.poker ? Seriously, whatever SwC releases as "new" software will have a hard time competing with that.
IF it is anything similar to blockchain.poker (which is in beta now) then SwC will probably be amazing to play on and crush the real money poker sites.
Just tried and blockchain.poker is literally the worst browser poker I've ever played.
