AIs tasks can be applied in Optimized Job Postings,Better and Faster Resume Screening,Chatbots, Testing and Ranking of Candidates,Candidate Database,Automated Pre-Qualification,Automated Interviews. All these sums up to the automation of recruitment thus improving quality hiring as well as reducing time to fill a vacancy. I just hope that this AI could really deliver its tasks reliably and efficiently to be fair for jobseekers and employers or hirers.
