If I am correct, Kraken stopped to use the USD for deposits and withdraws. From the FAQ it says

What currencies can I deposit and withdraw? You can deposit and withdraw euros, US dollars, Canadian dollars, Japanese yen, bitcoins and other digital currencies.

But when I check my account I don't see the USD option for deposits/withdraws, that's why I suppose the USD has been removed. Or my location is the reason I don't see it.
