Hy there,

i find this concept really interesting and i want to participate in this project.

1.) Where can i buy into Petro (exchange)?
2.) Who is protecting my interests?
3.) Who is legally responsible for this, if it explodes for example?
4.) Is there an official Thread from the Venezuelan government on this forum?

Trump is probably rolling on the floor and crying  Grin

The concept is interesting and partly because its government backed in its propagation which is especially unusual.    I dont suppose it will have success but its possible they create some positives by accident, the law of unintended consequences runs strong with any government operation and in this case against such a negative backdrop we can be hopeful of something occurring secondary as a positive.

As far as buying Petro you probably should not unless you already do trade with Venezuela regularly.   It could land you in alot of trouble possibly if you are in country holding sanctions against this regime.

Most relevant for your questions might be to read on the court proceedings occurring for the debts of the PDVSA national oil company.   I think their assets are being sold off to settle non payment.    I doubt at this stage you would have any recourse within the country itself, these assets are USA based so Venezuela  has little choice on this process where as PTR is in their hands.
There is no official thread that I've seen but ask in the Spanish speaking forums perhaps

The only thing it has over the bolivar is that it can't be printed into worthlessness.
The supply of PTR is not capped apparently.  Really for this crypto idea to take off it needs to far less confined to the ideas of government control but it saves the wasted paper and ink

Indeed, there exists a saying
"The first one who steps through the door, gets shot!"

Let's see how this is developing, but the fact that a state tries to get out of a grip from an invasive country by the help of this technology and idea, is worth a try. Here in Europe it's all fine with Venezuela, so it honestly doesn't bother me.

I do not know what part of Europe you are. But if you do not know, it's best to shut up.

Europe thinks what the rest of the world about the regime that ravages Venezuela.
