I need real & active bounty players to participate in our bounty program. It is $300,000 worth bounty program. We need at least 10k participants in our bounty. Need it urgently. Anyone who can help us in getting it, please respond ASAP

As far as the bounty program here are concerned, let participants come to you automatically.
They will checked first if your project is somehow meet their criteria on choosing a good bounty.
I guess at least the guy was upfront about the price of the bounty - though where exactly will that money come from? Likely a theoretical value for those tokens - which more than likely is a gamble in itself - all that work, price might not hold up.
That was the scenario in every bounty program even how good the project is and with reputable bounty managers.
It's up to the participants on playing with the risks as always.
