Firstly, i am not too sure what an ETF actually is so excuse my noob response. Secondly from what i have heard in the space, there are multiple ETFs being decided on, not just one, and I think the largest of these is a COBE one or something which is not until the end of September, i also think most of them will be declined based on what iv be lead to believe.
