The problem is that you are not giving enough details for the project. Will these people be Webcam models or will they be software developers or web designers?
When I want to recruit someone for one of my projects, I will tell them what it is all about, so that they can decide if they want to leave their job to do this full-time or if their participation will only involve short-term contractual work.
What kind of skills are you looking for?
At least i though it's clear i dont look for cam models. Don't know on what point you or others think that. I run a wordpress website and drive traffic with different ways and methods. And like i said i'm looking for people interested in joining are going to do the work they have knowlage/skills/motivation to do. What exactly can be figured out together.
Maybe i have a different buisness organisation idea than you, don't want hire people, i want let people join.
There is something to do for people without any technical knowlage and things to do for people with special skills.
All information whats required is listed on OP - Motivation and time are the most important points for me. Anything else you can lern easy.

I'm not talking about manage existing account. It's about creating and handling new ones concentrated on the concept and methodes to drive traffic.
