This is impossible to know, you do not think that if someone knew that this person would be the richest in the world and certainly would be the greatest guru in history, no one knows when low is low and when high is high people try to predict the price, but they are not absolutely sure

The best price you buying bitcoin is between 4k-5k usd. It's safest way to entering huge money to investing "again" on bitcoin. Trust me it will be more patient to wait, but it will happen.
