For God's sake im one of the participants of this bounty and i do care about these accounts to be removed,please do something manager if you arent part of this shady business.These accounts werent touched by anyone,you are going to get red tagged if you allowed these things to happen.

The OP is right,these accounts werent active i've check some of these accounts randomly,the youtube channel was removed already but still receiving stakes.
