Whenever I hear people talk about losing weight, I get a special feeling. In fact, I feel really lucky lmao. I really find it hard to explain. For some reason, I can't seem to ever gain weight myself. But one thing I know is it really doesn't sound good to take medications for weight loss. Sounds more like a lazy shortcut. And life has taught us that shortcuts mostly cause trouble. Do the workout. Change your eating habits. It might be slow and strenuous, but it's always worth it in the end.
