Without a doubt, ETH needs changes and improvements. But I think that soon the time its price will start to rise again.
I absolutely agree that we will see a price rise again. I think by the end of the year the price could touch $350.
I didn't tether at 800, 600 because I thought it'll moon again. So now I should wait for 350?

TA and charts are not working properly if we follow the pattern than it is hard to when it will go back $700 that is not easy for any person to predict. But we can reduce our risk factor by picking more on current price.
