So far according to its whitepaper their are only specific countries that can be use atlantico but I believe that in the near future after it get its successful launch it can also be use by all the countries around the world.

The platform will have its trial in Ukraine and South Africa. The launch of Atlantico Network will be early next year in countries where it is operating. The process of implementing this platform in all countries is not easy because they need to deal with the ministries of health, they need to assess and find the best medical centers, doctors, pharmaceuticals, and health insurance company. The implemenation in all nation might slow, so we need patience because they want to make sure that they will give the best quality that they promise.
