I think people trust ETH coins after btc then in any coin, so it might take a year to overtake ETH coins and become the best and best coin on the market with wave coins. Waves have potential but cannot reduce ETH.
Waves is have a big potential to rise in the near future but I don't think if waves can defeat ethereum to lead the banner of Altcoins because ethereum is really a good coin and can't be easily drag down by any coins or a market fluctuation.
