It's going to be interesting to watch with the various other direct to fiat exchanges (QRK*, DGC, ARG, SRC, ...?) opening up over the next few weeks, all competing for the mom & pop & other retail investors.

Already ZET/BTC and ZET/LTC is climbing rapidly on Cryptsy.

* Actually it looks like Lilion Transfer has already got QRK direct to fiat.
