I believe there's an explanation about it in their Discord but the problem is that they are banning people from left and right when they ask questions about different things. We can assume that they're doing that to lessen the stress in the chat but if the question is valid, they don't need to ban people at all. It makes it very fishy that they are avoiding these questions by banning people out of their channel. It is not a good practice and they should stop it. Answer the valid questions of the community and provide them the explanation they badly needed.
