has anything happened to the network? Diff is changing from 50 to 160 back and forth.. do we have a fork?? 
Difficulty will change alot. It has never been as high as 50 or 160 tho. I think it reached 8 or 9 at launch.
Difficulty changes every 7 minutes.
42 is not forked.
For some reason I thought diff changed every 42 minutes. Don't know why I thought that
