This must be a mistake. Have you tried to contact support or Dan? They would be happy to help you in resolving this problem. Feel free to check the Forum rules. If you are sure that you haven't done anything against the forum rules, you could easily get your account back.
Thanks for the link to rules, but I haven't found any rule which I violated. At first, I have decided to ask here.Have you got your account back? I had the same issue after joining on Primedice forum. They have got confused with another account which uses same IP and banned my account. This rarely happens if you are using VPN. Then I created a new account and contacted Dan (Admin) and explained my issue. He helped me to retrieve my account and deleted the new one. I hope this would work for you. Good luck
