The whole issue with security tokens and the SEC is why icos can't be accessed from the USA. Basically, any token that acts like a share or pays dividends can be classed as a security token. Desico aims to make such things legally compliant, all in one platform. They are even going for a e-money wallet which will hold crypto and also fiat currencies.
