My friend has the plastic card suspended without reason. The support tell that don't see reason for this and open a ticket for the appropriate department. There is almost one week without answer from any department. She don't have an account at bitcointalk. "Bankera" what needed to do to have news about this problem?

Well, I have some news. I contacted Spectrocoin's virtual card provider AlliedWallet (https://www.alliedwallet.com) and was told that MasterCard suspended the virtual card I was using for reasons unknown. They also wanted a copy of my id and utility bill. My Spectrocoin account is fully verified, seems completely redundant having to go through yet another KYC process. I would rather just close the card and transfer the balance back to my SC account.

Thanks for contacting them .It has to be spectrocoin duty buy they don't care.Problem is that there is no unload option on cards

I did some probing into Alliedwallets background. Nothing good turned up. This is how they made headlines a couple of weeks ago:

NEW YORK (AP) — Federal authorities looking into the illegal sale of prescription drugs online are probing the business practices of payment processor Allied Wallet, according to a person with direct knowledge of the case. Allied Wallet's CEO has donated millions of dollars to both political parties in recent years.

The Associated Press reported Thursday that Ahmad "Andy" Khawaja's company has helped pornographers, shady debt collectors and offshore gamblers access the international banking system, often by using dummy corporations formed abroad and fake websites to disguise the underlying business.

The AP obtained thousands of internal records that showed the company did so while Khawaja, Allied Wallet and top executives contributed at least $6 million to Democratic and Republican candidates and groups. The donations earned Khawaja access to Hillary Clinton during the presidential campaign and a post-election Oval Office visit with Donald Trump.

Now, criminal investigators from the Federal Drug Administration who scrutinize online pharmacies are examining records related to Khawaja's Los Angeles-based company, according to a grand jury subpoena reviewed by the AP.

They also had an episode with the FBI back in 2010:

Allied Wallet reached a civil settlement with the FBI in 2010 for a sum of $13.3 million, which the FBI had seized in an online gambling raid. According to the FBI, Allied Wallet knowingly partnered with a Scottsdale, Arizona-based bank to process offshore wire transfers and other payments related to gambling through an Isle of Man company called Pokerstars. Allied Wallet forfeited the total amount seized by the FBI and has not been cited for similar illegal activity since the ruling.

And then there is this:

The second issue we found was that Allied Wallet appeared to be operating a website designed to look like that of the Colorado DMV. The website, which had a “.org” domain, contained language specifying that it was privately owned and was not affiliated with the DMV, but this text was not featured prominently, especially when compared to the large, linked text encouraging visitors to renew or replace their driver’s licenses through the website. The site charged visitors $14.95 to renew or replace their licenses and was not shy about collecting visitors’ credit card numbers. At the very least, it appeared to be at the very least an attempt to dupe unsuspecting visitors into paying Allied Wallet unnecessarily for a service that is actually provided by the government.

AW and cards issued by them are probably on all kinds of watch/blacklists, which explains their short lifespan and other problems. Spectrocoin either made a very poor decision when they decided to partner up with AW or there is some kind of connection between SC and AW that I'm not privy to. Whatever the case, I recommend steer clear of those AlliedWallet cards or be ready to have your balance frozen.
