Agree with you, not only bounty hunters sell tokens right after ico, there are many early investors, who bought tokens with 50-100% discount, so they sell their coins too.
Yes, people often blame the bounty hunter for reducing the value of the coin, but keep in mind that the tokens held by the bounty hunter are usually very small (<3%) and make sure their sales are not affected.
