As we can see that the market of ETH is again becoming the weak one and there is no way it is even trying to come up with the prices of 300+ and they should have been 500 USD per coin by this time and thats why it is hopeless to see it trading at such low rates.

Even I am researching on this topic from past few days because even i am holding few positions on the Ethereum and other ERC-20 tokens and i think that decrease in the price of Ethereum will affect my holdings. I think traders have lost their belief and hope on Ethereum and ERC-20 projects and this is sellers are increasing day by day and there is no demand seen coming on the bottom of the downtrend. If Ethereum is not having that kind of value then we must need to find some other Cryptocurrency which can replace the Ethereum. Let's hope for the best.
