One thing not mentioned much is to modify gpedit.msc and disable all defender real time protection. This will help with your miners being blocked by windows as it will auto reactivate constantly. Took me along time to figure this out. Also running that many gpus will require big page file in advanced settings. I set mine to 60000mb~80000. Having the fastest ssd money can buy, which is currently Samsung, will help with minimizing system lag. Mine will lag slightly through AF, but system is stable and very usable while mining full speed on gpu and cpu even with only 4gb cheap Amazon ram.
