Yes, coin price is always changing and we cannot predict  when it will rise. But it is in our hand when to sell our coins. We have to be very observant first before we come up to decision making. I really agree that we will sometimes experience regret. That's why monitoring the price is really needed here. Like me, I have already coins in my wallet but until now it's still there. I have a strong believed that the price in the future will bigger than today's price.
