Seems like a scam, which company ask anyone to fill google form.
This is an attempt of collection of users email and other info may be for hacking or for selling database.
Stay away guys.
yes i agree that's why i never signed up for fb research prograam although many people in my fb friendlist upload daily posts about it and some of them earn around 1.5k$ but still i suggest everyone who read this join this prograam at your own risk.
